POV: A piece of art waited years for its moment … and absolutely stole the show. ✨💚

This one-of-a-kind, hand-built stoneware vase by @art_by_pierre had never been shown publicly before.

Then came a private wedding reception.

Its soft powder-green finish became the foundation for an incredible floral arrangement created by @evlephants, proving that some pieces simply know when it’s their time. 🌿

The images in this video are part of a photo collage that was transformed into a short film because moments like these deserve more than a single photograph.

Some art is created to be sold.

Some art is created to be remembered.

And some art patiently waits for its main-character moment. ✨

POV: Your first helicopter ride was coming up, so you decided to calm your nerves by watching a few take-offs and landings. 🚁😳

Excellent plan … right?

Every smooth take-off boosted your confidence. Every landing had you questioning your life choices. 😂

The couple next to you looked completely relaxed while you were busy calculating how quickly you could find a ferry instead.

Flying from Vancouver to Victoria sounded glamorous when you booked it. Watching pilots casually take off as though they were heading out for coffee?
That’s a completely different story.

On the bright side, everyone else survived. The odds are looking pretty good. 👀🇨🇦

You’re convinced it’s a terrible idea.

A few hours later, you’re standing inside Kingston Coffee House, questioning every life choice that brought you here.

Then you take one sip.

Game over. 😭☕️✨

Suddenly the vibes are immaculate, the coffee is elite, and you’re already planning your next trip back.

Plot twist: the destination wasn’t the reason for the trip.

This one started with an old wine bottle…
and became something I didn’t plan.

No roadmap.
Just instinct.

“This stoneware Vase was handmade from slab — shaped, carved, and finished with a deep red textured glaze.

And then… it left.

Most of my pieces disappear into private collections. I rarely see how they’re displayed. I just trust they’ve found the right home.

But this time?
I got to see it in its adopted space. 👑

Watching something you made with your hands become part of someone else’s world… feels good.
