🚨 SHADOWBOXING COMMON MISTAKES 🚨

A lot of times we see people make these common mistakes:

1. Lazy movements and techniques treating it like a pre-warm up to the warm up 🤦🏽‍♂️

2. No purpose or direction or target. It’s not 10 on 1 😓

3. No defence, no angles, no feints… if you can’t do it with nothing in front of you how do you expect to do it with someone trying to take your head off 👊

Shadowboxing is an incredible tool to really improve your game. Helps improve not only your technique, but your balance, cardio, and your control, especially when done correctly and intensely.

SLIP COMBO 💥🥊

Cross + Hook
Slip the cross, ensure head is off center and fire own cross
Use the counter to angle off
Fire a right hook to the body and come over top with the left
Finish with a kick 🔥👌🏽
