When you see us perform, you’re seeing more than just dance. You’re seeing the hours of practice, the sore muscles, the sacrifices, and the love we pour into every move. 💜🩵

We make it look effortless, but trust us, we WORK for this!👑🔥

💪🏾🔥 PERSEVERANCE OVER EVERYTHING! Every rep, every drop of sweat, every moment I wanted to quit but kept going is proof that I’m becoming stronger—not just physically, but mentally. The journey isn’t always easy, and progress doesn’t happen overnight, but consistency, discipline, and perseverance will always pay off. I’m not chasing perfection; I’m committed to becoming the best version of ME! 🏋🏾‍♀️✨

When the music hits, it’s time to do what I LOVE! ❤️
Had an amazing time hitting the stage as one of Timothy Léon’s dancers at the R&B Jam: Rhythm N’ Brunch in Camilla, GA! 🎤🔥
There’s nothing quite like being on stage, catching the energy of the crowd, feeling the music, and bringing a performance to LIFE!
Every stage brings a different experience, another opportunity to grow, and another reminder of why dance has held such a special place in my heart for all these years.
A huge thank you to @iamtimothyleon for the opportunity to share the stage and be part of the performance! 🙌🏽❤️

💃🏽📚🔥 From commanding the dance floor to conquering the classroom.

Nobody talks enough about the sacrifices that come with becoming everything you’re called to be.

The transition isn’t easy. The exhaustion is real. The pressure is heavy. And sometimes, the hardest part isn’t learning something new. It’s finding the strength to keep pursuing one passion while building another purpose.

The dancer didn’t disappear. She’s simply becoming more than one dream could ever contain. 💪🏽❤️‍🔥

Different environments. Different demands. SAME FIRE! 🔥🚒

@dancingmom_2 said The stage gets the PERFORMANCE… but the parking lot gets the CHAOS! 😂🔥💃🏾

Who said getting ready to perform had to be serious?! 🤣 Sometimes you gotta shake off those nerves, let the intrusive dance thoughts WIN, laugh uncontrollably, act a complete fool with @kimorakalyce , and FLEX ON ’EM! 💪🏾🔥

Because confidence doesn’t always start on stage. Sometimes it starts with a random dance move and a whole lot of Goofiness! 😂

✨ **7 ways to turn performance jitters into PURE ENERGY!**

Now be honest… which one are YOU doing before your next performance? 👀👇🏾

🎥✨ AGTV: CHOREOGRAPH WITH ME! 😂💃🏽

POV: You thought we were just learning choreography… but now you’re fighting for your LIFE on the 3rd 8-count. 😭😂

Come choreograph with me as I create, clean, count, yell “FROM THE TOP!” approximately 47 times, and somehow still have the audacity to say, “Okayyy, one more time!” 🤣🔥

If you know me, you already know… we’re gonna WORK, we’re gonna LAUGH, and BABY… WE’RE GONNA HIT THAT MOVE! 😮‍💨💃🏽

The rehearsals, the laughs, the random moments, the “let’s do it one more time,” and the moments that definitely did NOT make the final cut. 😂😭

Big love to my dancers Kyla, Kimora, and Yonna for bringing the talent AND the entertainment! 😂🖤

And shoutout to Timothy Leon for giving us the opportunity to create, choreograph, and have a whole lot of fun while doing it! 🌙💙

Enjoy the footage that probably should’ve stayed in the group chat! 😂🎥
