POSTS STORIES REELS

Felt like a character from Neon Genesis Evangelion in this golden catsuit ⚜️🔥🌞🔥⚜️

The morning of this shoot, I had the opportunity to face voices in my head telling me I was not worthy of wearing such a glamorous costume. THIS costume? ME, now?

It was quiet and loud, the voice saying me of 5 years ago would’ve been a better match for the exquisite energy and practice this costume demanded. That I was nowhere close to being “THE contortionist” this garment carried the essence of.

Better to wait until some point in the future to wear it, when I would be “ready” — as measured by some undefined and therefore impossible standard.

Year 6 of my contortion journey and those voices are no longer the daily battle they once were. No longer death-gripping me by the throat and solar plexus. I am no longer using force to bust through and express despite their presence, compelled to prove and earn, full of anxiety.

And, under certain conditions, they do re-emerge, as I found in the hours leading up to the photoshoot — no longer screaming at me as in years past. Just quiet whispers, insidious in their quietness, with my response being an internal covering of my face and sense of unease.

Thank you God, for I AM anchored in Your Word. I (g)now these voices of the Challenger only serve to deepen my identity in You. Shed and spread your Revelation-Light throughout every part of my beingness, to spill out into the world. Thank you for filling me with your peace that surpasses all understanding the moment I give up the stronghold and let you in! Continue to work in me, that my truest essence may be evermore revealed. ⛲️🌞

Thank you @splits_whisperer for all the training and opportunities to shine over the years 🧬 and for speaking life over me and anchoring me back into reality time and time again.

Thank you @feichiyang for your seeing of me, BTS shots, and lending me your beautiful custom-ordered creation which fit me perfectly 😂🥳

Thank you @fit2fly_apparel for the golden catsuit ✨

Thank you @lordhamlet73 for the photoshoot 📸

Thank you everyone who attended the retreat for bringing your energy 💓

🌊 Body of Water 🌊
12-Week Group Hydration Journey
Approximately Sept 8 - Dec 1

I can hardly wait to anchor the beautiful set of frequencies streaming through as Body of Water, my next group journey.

You can expect refined and upgraded mobility for longevity, greening of the wastelands, aqua transmissions, and practices to weave you into your local watershed (so mundane yet so profound).

The fruit of my life you can feel in this reel is the result of the good soil I am planted in. Christ, the Living Waters, leaves nothing untouched or unchanged. Everyone is invited to come and drink and be restored.

What does it feel like to live inside such a world, one in which you can run, jump, split on a tree, go upside down on monkey bars and rope swings, without fear of injury?

It feels like abiding in God’s design.

Inside Body Water, we will be anchoring the (g)nowing that you get to have better joint health, pelvic floor health, splits, backbending, fluidity, and play ability at 40 than you did at 20 (and beyond) — and that you get to be a lighthouse for others finding their way home to Truth.

The idea that aging = fatter, clumsier, and dumber is an anti-Life contract that most unconsciously give their signature too. Because their parents did, and most everyone around them is doing it. It’s a moment-to-moment choice. And, praise the Lord, you get to revoke your consent at any time and receive the Mercy of a clean slate.

The paradox is that the Finished Work does require your willingness and participation.

Enrollment for Body of Water closes Sept 1 so I have time to set the schedule of live classes, customized with your availability in mind.

Enrollment is open for a few more days. DM me 🌊 to explore diving in together.

Came out of this combo at the end of my gym time feeling completely liquefied 🫠

Mobility work is, at an essence level, restoring the flow of biowater. You, being a little body of water, a small watershed unto yourself, nested inside larger watersheds.

This is how I map exercises for my clients — in my own body — including sensing how exercises can be scaled up or down.

I track on a deeper level for private clients, as they have invested in access to the floodlight of my attention at the brightest setting. The transformation possible is commensurate to the investment… the level of co-dreaming-the-dream-awake that they sign on for.

⛲️If you hear your hydrosphere asking for more flow and you’re thirsting for focused, 1:1 attention and attunement, comment “1:1” and I’ll be in touch.⛲️

💦For my all-levels group mobility program, comment “WAITLIST” to know when I am enrolling the next round of Water Babies 💦

When you let Holy Spirit move,
beyond any religious construct,
you get to live inside the paradox of Flesh & Holiness,
of oxygen & hydrogen,
without tension, contraction, or swinging to extremes.

Simply abiding in your design.

Women find their way to me when they outgrow formulas regarding how to train their body and relate to the Divine.

(For those of you asking if you need to identify as Christian to join WATER BABIES 💦 the answer is no. If you feel resonance with any of the Scripture I have been posting, I would say there’s a good chance God has a word for you, and it will be heard in the voice of water.)

Your BioWaters want to play! Will you play with them, as them?

Link in bio to apply for WATER BABIES 💦 8-week Hydration program (which INCLUDES mobility!!) coming mid-June.

DM me for details. 😘

What if you dared to believe that you are capable of achieving robust health, without any pill, potion, or external authority figure?

That you came to Earth with the blueprint for vitality already inside you?

This is what I have found to be true time and time again, when I have gotten out of my own way and allowed the indefatigable march towards ever-greater levels of physical restoration and Grace-gift expression to be unveiled. I truly get to lean back and rest in PLAY; healing is then an inevitable and often unintended byproduct.

I am not special. This is freely available to all.

So, what determines who gets to experience radiant health on all levels, and to what degree?

Relationship with Water.

If you feel bubbles of excitement spiraling upwards, seeing how Water and our Creator could be One and the same…

Or how achieving your splits *is* evidence of Hydration…

All of this [splits, backbends, fun combos, ankle & shoulder pre-hab, etc etc; water, consciousness, Kingdom principles, Creation & Creator] is my jam and what we shall be diving deep into inside WATER BABIES 💦

With great tenderness: this is the program I wish had existed for me, when I was lost and desperately seeking the Truth.

Do you hear that sound? The King of Kings is calling you...

I have been quietly bubbling with excitement. My newest program is being poured out.

Women at the Well, attuned to the whisper, are giddily finding their way into...

💦 WATER BABIES 💦

An exquisite feminine bridging of:
physical expressions of Grace (mobility; fluidity; fascial work)
&
spiritual inheritance (beloved identity; co-heirship of the Kingdom; Jesus Christ at the Living Waters).

What if being “saved” was evidenced by being “hydrated”?

💦 WATER BABIES 💦 will be 8 weeks of quenching thirst at the essence level: communion with and through your BioWaters.

The Kingdom is birthed through our Resurrection Body (of Water). In raising her, non-Kingdom distortions we have been shackled by are simply dissolved. The Kingdom is too good and too shining for anything lesser to persist.

No striving. We abide in our identity as cherished daughters and beloved brides of the Most High King.

No grinding. We relish in the mundane work of water temple maintenance and in-joy the lavish fruits.

We are the Woman at the Well.

“Sir, give me this water so that I won’t get thirsty and have to keep coming here to draw water.” John 4:15

The Living Waters slake thirst, and they are the only thing which truly slakes thirst.

Come as you are; you will not stay as you are, God willing.
