its that time of the year where we say wat we are thankful for and i have alot to be thankful for! a year ago i moved to AZ and honestly, it has been the best decision i have made. the beginning of the year was bad to the point where i was thinking of moving back, but im glad i didnt. i made the most important choice which was go to church and then focus on my health and my career, which has tremendously changed my point of view in life. im thankful for everyone who i have met so far in AZ! i made a post on facebook that this summer was going to be a boring one because it was all going to be focused on my weight loss and i can say its gone perfectly as planned! im down 119 pounds and i just feel so much better. much more energy with no muscle loss! 2026 is gonna be the year where i will enjoy life so much more wen im not working lol but i look forward to wat the new year will bring. just another comparison of how i looked in september of last year to how i currently look now 🙂 dont mind the biceps, theyre slowly but surely growing 🤣 just want to say how thankful i am for God, my family and my friends, if it wasnt for them, i wouldnt be where i am right now in life! unfortunately, i wont be with family this year but its a sacrifice for a better future in my new career which i know i have their full support! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! lets look forward to this upcoming new year and crush any goals that we have set 😎 by @aguayo_93

from getting a muscle spasm after running one lap to pushing myself to do 5 miles for the first time and accomplished 😎 tryna find a balance between work and gym can be somewhat complicated but gotta make it work somehow wen time allows. endurance strong and regaining lost strength, doesnt get any better. given a second life, so for sure wont ruin it or take it for granted. i wanna go back to SD lol had too much fun last weekend 😅 #Godfirst #gym #family #friends #2ndlife by @aguayo_93
