LIVING ART, 2026

During my time in Nairobi, I began reflecting on what “Living Art” could mean beyond something static. The idea formed gradually through observation and time spent within the city’s post-colonial historic sites. I came to see culture as something alive, carried through people, clothing, and environment.

This series is a response to that moment. A reflection on identity as something that continues to evolve, shaped by memory, history, and presence.

In collaboration with @wmagchina, @earthpartner, and @artpartner

Special thanks to @ronnyonkeo for the support in bringing this together on the ground.
