Thank you for all of your continued support via donations, shares, and views on our videos for Ahmed and his family. It has now been almost 10 months since the start of the genocide in Gaza. Ahmed and his family continue to endure miserable conditions and unfathomable fear and uncertainty.

Your continued support of Ahmed and his family has been and continues to be critical. We must continue to show up for all Ahmed and all Palestinians, pray for their liberation and an end to their suffering, and share what we can. Please share this video and/or our GoFundMe (link in my and Ahmed’s bios), follow @ahm7ed_salee & his sister @noura_abu221 and share their content, pray for their continued protection, and if you have the means, PLEASE consider donating. Many small donations add up very quickly.

Please remain with us. THANK YOU!!!! by @ah7mad_sl71

We love life and we can find the way to it, no matter how simple and non-existent the possibilities are. We will remain on this earth.
‏I hope that you will always be close to following our lives in Gaza.🍉

No matter how much you hate your enemy, that does not give you the right to starve their children, deprive their families of food, or use hunger as a weapon against an entire population.

What kind of victory is built on the hunger of children? What kind of strength requires starving innocent people to force them into submission?

Turning food into a weapon and leaving people to fight for survival against hunger in an attempt to break their will is neither strength nor courage. It is indefensible cruelty and a crime that time can never erase.

Google Maps alone cannot show you the full scale of the destruction in Gaza. I took this video a short while ago in Gaza City.

From inside Gaza City, thank you, Macklemore.

We love you man, and we’re proud of you.

I never imagined that I would live a life like this—a life where fear becomes something normal, where the sound of bombing becomes part of everyday life, and where sleep becomes a wish because we never know if we will wake up again.
Every time, I ask myself: Why did no one stand with us? Why does the whole world watch us, see what is happening to us, and then remain silent? Why, when something happens in any foreign or Arab country, does the whole world turn upside down, while we die day after day as if our lives mean nothing?
I have not forgotten a single thing I lived through during this war.
I have not forgotten losing my relatives, or my friends who suddenly disappeared from my life and left me with nothing but their memories. I have not forgotten my home, my neighborhood, the streets I once knew, and how the places I loved turned into rubble. I have not forgotten the faces of people searching through the ruins for their loved ones, nor the bodies and remains that have stayed trapped in my memory no matter how hard I try to forget.
I have not forgotten the sound of ambulances that followed me even into my sleep. I have not forgotten the screaming, the crying, the explosions, the mothers calling out for their children, and the children searching for safety in a place where there was no safety left.
I have not forgotten the hunger my family and I experienced—the days when food became a dream, and the moments when we divided the little we had among ourselves so that no one would go to sleep hungry. I have not forgotten the long lines for aid, waiting under the sun and in the cold, afraid that I would return to my family empty-handed. I have not forgotten going out to get aid while knowing that the journey itself could be the last journey I ever made.
I have not forgotten displacement, or the moment we were forced to leave our home without knowing whether we would ever see it again. I have not forgotten the tents—the freezing cold in winter and the unbearable heat in summer. I have not forgotten sleeping on the ground, having no privacy, and living with fear inside every tent

Neither Trump nor anyone else has been able to stop this war. I swear, we are on the verge of losing our minds here in Gaza. Just moments ago, the explosion was right next to us, and the ambulances have not stopped. What is happening to us?

There is almost nothing left in this city. Homes have been destroyed, streets have become rubble and tents, and around 70% of the city is now under control. Yesterday, a café by the sea was targeted; people had gone there to escape the unbearable heat and suffocation inside their tents, simply looking for some air. Even the sea is no longer safe. And today, the strikes have not stopped.

If our homes are not safe, the tents are unbearable, the city is being targeted, and even the sea has become dangerous, where are we supposed to go? There is nowhere left.

We are human beings in this city! We have families, children, and lives we want to live. We are not numbers. Enough with the silence. Do something. Stop this war and these attacks, because we no longer know how much more we can take.
