The Art History Association (AHA) recently hosted a Sketch & Chat event where they met in The University of Maryland Art Gallery to sketch a newly acquired 17th-century portrait of St. Jerome by an unknown artist. This is the first Old Master painting to be acquired by the gallery and presents an exciting opportunity for students studying Art History & Archaeology.
