For context — I’m a 5’7 gym girlie who weighs 148lb. My goal is to lose fat and build/keep as much lean muscle as I can.
I strength train 3-4x a week + pilates x1 and put in at least 5k steps EVERYDAY (run on some Saturdays)

I’m very much active and I can’t do all these starving or eating like a toddler. Plus I really love food 😅
I’m also able to eat this way cos I have a PLAN — I have almost the same meals in rotation, so little to no decision fatigue and meal prep once or twice a week.

It’s very important to eat for your goal and not like anyone else.

If you need help figuring that out, comment CLUB to join my 6-week challenge 🫶🏾

OMAD people, please don’t come for me 😅. I respect it tho by @ahmakah_

1️⃣You don’t have a sustainable plan
Not knowing what to do for your goal, doing random workouts.
A plan you can’t live with is a plan you’ll quit.

2️⃣You’re starving in the day and “making up” at night
No breakfast. Small lunch. Then a big plate of swallow at 9pm.
Your body doesn’t need punishment. It needs structure.

3️⃣You’re only doing cardio
Endless skipping and jogging can shrink you/your waist, but it won’t build your legs or lift your booty.
Shape comes from strength training.

4️⃣The problem isn’t the food. It’s the portion.
You don’t have to cut out your favorite food.
You need to know how much, how often, and what to pair it with.

5️⃣You’re chasing the scale, not your shape
You can lose fat, build glutes and weigh the same and still look completely different.
Measure your waist. Take photos. Watch your clothes

For my skinny babes: eating anyhow won’t give you shape either. Sharwama will add weight but goes straight to your belly.
Healthy weight gain is protein, enough food & strength training.

6️⃣You keep starting over alone
Monday motivation. Wednesday excuse. Next Monday, again.
What’s missing isn’t willpower. It’s ACCOUNTABILITY.

It’s not you. It’s the APPROACH.
In my 6-week Recomp Club Challenge, I’ll coach you through all of this, with food you’re familiar with, home or gym workouts, and daily accountability.

We Start Monday 12 October
Registration closes Saturday and spots are limited.
