t3 110 - Illinois State Championship

8/9
Squat (3/3) - 252.5kg/556.5lbs (state record) (+37kg PR)
Bench (2/3) - 132.5kg/292lbs (+15kg PR)
Deadlift (3/3) - 230kg/507lbs (+35kg PR)

Total: 615kg/1356lb (+87.5kg Comp PR)

I had a very successful and fun meet this past Saturday 1/24. It’s been a journey the past year, recovering from a terrible lower back injury and struggling with sciatic nerve pain, to doing physical therapy for six months. I’m very happy with the progress that’s been made so far.

I learned a lot from this prep, pushing myself past my limits, staying on track for diets, and just being patient overall with myself.

Appreciate the boys for the support @who.is.kevo, @ramyy.____ , and @datboisharif for coming out in the horrible weather to support. Thanks to @alexmammen_ for the coaching and keeping me locked in throughout this prep.

I have a lot more in the tank, can’t wait for an even bigger total next meet. taken in Normal, Illinois by @ahmedpwrl
