One wild, but satisfying year of being my own boss. I mean yeah, I still work at a coffee shop too, but the point stands 😌🤭 To celebrate a full year of running Ahppetite, I’m opening headshot bookings at promo pricing. For the people who’ve been meaning to update their LinkedIn since 2019 and the teams still using photos from the before times. Get on the list by Friday 2/20: → $150 individual (studio) → $100/person for teams of 5+ (I come to you) No payment to hold your spot. Link in bio ✨ taken in Fort Worth, Texas by @ahppetite

The team behind the roast. Had the pleasure of photographing the @novelcoffeeroasters crew, the people making sure every batch is dialed in before it ever hits the shop. This was such an easy session, just had to capture who they already are ✨ taken in Fort Worth, Texas by @ahppetite

“Ohmygoshtheseareamazing!!! I snort laughed at the last ones with Dan as a floating head” 😂 Miiiight be my favorite gallery delivery reaction ever? The Carson family brought such incredible energy to our studio session, and yes, Lt. Dan the pup was absolutely the star (see last slide for said floating head picture). When a family tells me they “can’t remember loving family photos as much as these,” it reminds me exactly why I do this work. It’s not just about perfect poses, it’s capturing the real laughter, genuine connections, and yes, even the blurry outtakes ✨ taken in Fort Worth, Texas by @ahppetite

“We want Rhode Island vibes... but we’re in Texas” 🫡 When Alana and Triton came to me with this challenge, my ears perked up immediately. They’re getting married back home in Rhode Island but wanted their engagement photos to match the coastal vibes. But we live in the middle of Texas🤭🙃 Research is all well and good, but nothing beats good ol location scouting. After doing a little road trip, I knew this location had everything I needed to make their (now my) coastal dreams come true. Swipe to see the scouting shot vs. final result ✨ The real luck came when the day of the shoot brought overcast weather and light winds which, on the surface, may seem like bad news, but what feels more coastal than moody grey skies. Sometimes the best locations are hiding in plain sight, you just have to know how to see em. Shoutout to @suzlife_ for coming scouting with me 🥰❤️‍🔥 taken in The Harbor Rockwall by @ahppetite
