There are some evenings that quietly remind us why Soapbox exists.

This night was one of them.

Watching @ahsnrcds play in a room full of people who came only to listen felt incredibly special. Just songs, stories, laughter, and a room that stayed with them from the first note to the last.

We’ve known these guys for a while now, and seeing this version of them felt like a full-circle moment. The music has grown. They’ve grown. And somehow, the heart behind it all has stayed exactly the same.

This is the kind of night we’ll keep chasing.

Thank you to everyone who chose to spend your evening with us. Thank you for listening the way you did.

See you at the next one? 🤍 by @ahsnrcds

Not every performance is just music.
Some become memories you carry long after the night ends.

This weekend, we’re bringing Ahsan Records @ahsnrcds to the Glam Gala stage — an indie collective from Calicut whose music feels honest, soulful, and deeply human.

Come for the shopping.
Stay for the stories.
Leave humming the songs🎶❤️

Six years ago, we brought Ahsan Records to Bangalore.

Back then, Soapbox wasn’t what it is today. We were simply people trying to create room for art, connection, and honest listening. And somewhere in that journey, Ahsan Records walked into our city and left a mark on all of us.

So who is @ahsnrcds ?
To me, they are not just a band from Calicut.
They are a gathering of people who make music that feels lived in. The kind of music that doesn’t demand your attention but silently earns it. Music that carries friendship, long roads, late-night conversations, growing pains, laughter, heartbreak, and everything in between.

Over the years, they have built a community around themselves; not because they chased trends, but because they stayed true to their sound and to each other. Their performances feel less like concerts and more like being invited into a room full of stories.

And that is perhaps why we wanted them back.

Because some artists don’t just perform for an audience. They create a feeling. Ahsan Records has always been that feeling.
Six years later, a lot has changed. We have changed. Bangalore has changed. The independent music scene has changed.
But some things deserve a second chapter.

On 12th July, we welcome our dear friends from Calicut back to Bangalore with the same love, warmth, and excitement we had all those years ago.

If you’ve never experienced Ahsan Records live, come with an open heart.
If you’ve seen them before, you already know why this evening matters.

@afnanalisebai @iyyaamma @arjonmusic_ @gautham_sha thrilled to have you back ✨

See you in the room. ❤️
