One of the toughest days for me was the Wednesday before fight week: 12 burpees a minute for 12 minutes, then straight into three rounds with Hazel and Shani, followed by bag work and more burpees. Then, an 8–4 audit job, a PT session with @trainedbylionel , and 5 PM BoxFit session. It was crazy — but did I regret it? Never! Would I do it again? Absolutely!

Discipline and commitment, I think, are what keeps people going — not when things are comfortable or easy, but when the body was sore, injured, and the mind is drained. The real highlight of this journey, though, has been my LH5010 crew, who I’ve hustled with 🥊

04 October 2025. Celebrating life— started with boxing training and birthday burpees with my WBG LH team, followed by some recovery, a lovely dinner with Oscar, and the next day, family time enjoying mom’s cooking.

RUMBLE - ERICA🥇

Wrapping it up for us at @razorpromotions RUMBLE was our very own smiling assassin Erica. If there is any one who is committed to training, doing extras and is forever smiling - its Erica.lol right from the first bell, there was a difference from Erica this fight compared to her first fight last November. The energy and intensity was next level and so was her skills. Punches were landing and being the shorter fighter - Erica had to take the fight to her courageous opponent and it stayed intense the full fight.

Well done Erica and well done to your opponent for representing Women’s boxing and being the only female boxing bout the night.
