CLIENT SUCCESS🏆‼️

I've been training weekly with the big dog Alex since April 2023 with our main focus being fat loss without loss of muscle or strength, and god damn did this man achieve that goal.

It can be difficult to lose a significant amount of fat without seeing strength losses or muscle losses, but Alex shed a huge 12.7kg of fat, while keeping his muscle mass within 1kg of its starting number, AND increasing his strength!👀🔥

Hard work in our PTs + his efforts in the @gymvt classes + consistency and patience with his nutrition = a lean mean lifting machine with biceps bigger than mine 😭

Good shit brother keen to keep it going 🙏🏻

Client Success!🏆
Lee has been training with me 3 times a week for just over a year now and has gone from not really being too involved with resistance training to now lifting some massive weights!🏋️‍♀️

The most notable achievement is just last week hitting 70kg deadlifts for 5x reps, which is a massive increase compared to the 25kg we started on back in September of last year!🤯

Lee was actually one of my teachers back in primary school so we've come full circle now, the student has become the teacher ahaha 🙏🏻😁

Super impressive achievement, proud of you and keen to keep getting stronger!💪🏻💪🏻 by @aidan.pt_

Five years of showing up, grinding and building a community🙏🏽

Happy 5 year GYMVT anniversary to Aidog! Watching your loyalty, non-stop work ethic, and your massive growth both as a person and a coach over the years has been special. You don’t just provide training for clients, but a happy and safe space. Cheers to half a decade of success and everything still ahead🍻💪🏽🔥 @aidan.pt_ (Photos in order from 5yrs ago to now)

Client Success 🏆🏃‍♀️

@elissafrancis had a full L) ACL rupture + surgical repair from netball in September 2025 and after her initial post-surgery recovery, we kicked off our rehab sessions. Starting with muscle sequencing and to partial ROM loading, we gradually built our way up to now re-introducing running, jumping, and more loadable strength exercises🏋️‍♀️

The return to these activities is awesome, but what's more impressive is Elissa's consistency throughout this process. ACL rehab is a frustrating, slow journey, especially in the early stages where sometimes progress is as small as an extra 5° of knee flexion on an exercise. It's easy to get demoralised and lose motivation, but Elissa showed up week after week committed to continually taking the next step, and celebrating the small wins when they came (slide3)😂🙏🏻

Stoked with her progress and keen excited to keep building!!💪🏻 by @aidan.pt_

(Less than) 3 weeks out ⌛️

This will be my 4th APL Nationals, excited as always to compete against the best in the nation and push myself as far as possible - this time competing alongside my dad, the Juniors and Masters comp bout to feel the heat 😤 @david.clarky

@a7.oceania supplying the goods as they have for my entire PL career 🙏🏻 I would be honoured to work with them as an Aus Ambassador, as they'll always be my #1 choice going into any meet

@xpistina70 is off to Greece to enjoy the next 8 weeks in the sun, spending time with family, and in the lead up to it, we had an awesome run of training/body composition success!

Christina got on top of her training consistency with PT but also with all of her group classes, increased her daily activity, and kept a closer eye on her meals and nutrition choices. Just 3 simple commitments.

We weren't 100% perfect, nothing ever is, but simply taking charge of your goal, holding yourself accountable, and putting yourself in the best environment you can for success, can lead to amazing results🙏🏻 by @aidan.pt_

Client Success 🏆👰‍♀️

@christinadeangeliss and I have been training together since mid-2025 and started with the goal of dropping some body fat for her wedding w/ @frankie_trops 🔥

Wedding has now come and gone (see second slide), and through boxing and strength PT's together, Christina dropped a huge 4.2% of body fat percentage, has improved her boxing immensely and built some great strength gains! 📈

Christina really pushed herself to stay consistent despite the stress and busy-ness of planning a wedding on top of work, and so I'm super proud of the results she achieved!

Shred for the wed done, now we gotta find something to rhyme with honeymoon 🤔 by @aidan.pt_

These 3 legends have all made awesome progress and achieved incredible results through putting in the hard work during our PT sessions together📈

It's a pleasure to train these guys - when they put in 100%, I'm able to give my 100% right back - and am always humbled to get feedback like this🙏🏻

If you've been thinking about starting your fitness journey, now's the time ⏳💬
