U.S. Shaolin Open - Sanda Nationals.

The weekend we had in Denver, Colorado was unforgettable. The fights themselves were amazing, but the people and Martial Artist we had the honor of meeting was even better.

This was nice, but not even close. There is so much more to come…

After the Kyokushin tournament last year, I wrote “This leaves us with growth and experimental learning.” The same applies here. I don’t believe in winning and losing…I believe in moving. Time to move. 🌊⏳

Thank you to everyone who donated to help make this trip happen.

Thank you to everyone for the love and support.

Thank you to my family. 🙏❤️

The 33rd Annual American Kyokushin Karate Championships took place this weekend.

Ramos took second🥈, I took third🥉.

This leaves us with growth, and experiential learning.

First fights for us both…many more to come!

Very happy to be apart of the @electriccitybjj family; I wouldn’t have it any other way.

We will be back for sure…but now on to wrestling season 🫡 by @aiden.dombrowski
