It’s crazy looking back and realising how much of my life I spent doing things that were never good for me.

But in a weird way, I’m grateful for it. Because once you’ve experienced what life can feel like when you’re finally moving in the right direction, you never want to go back.

I’m still nowhere near where I want to be, and I’ve got a long way to go. But I’ve come further than I ever thought I would.

Now, even my worst days are better than some of my best days used to be.

I think about my growth every day. I think about where I was, where I am, and where I’m going.

I wouldn’t change the past. Not one bit. Every mistake, every setback, every hard day got me here.

And for the first time in my life, I’m genuinely proud of the person I’m becoming. by @aido02404
