study from Pinterest - I wanted this to be a warmup drawing but ended up working on it for hours 😭 don’t you hate when that happens zz

++ I got myself an xppen tablet!!(swipe for setup)
It’s been a bit rough getting used to the new gear but I think I’m getting there. Also REALLY loving the fact that my workspace has doubled in size :D

Also sorry I went mia again :c I hope all of you are doing great 💕 miss u art frens

Me: just a quick study!
Also me: over renders into oblivion

First artwork of 2022! 2021 was a bit of a downer for me personally, but one of the highlights of it was definitely getting to know a ton of fellow artists this year, many of whom have helped me grow so so much 🥰 I’ve had such a lovely time hanging out with so many talented and skilled artists I’m so honored to be friends with 😭 (Eu meetup 2022 guys??)
Looking forward to a brighter yr ✨

Been so obsessed with pretty brassieres and corsets recently, so I had to draw something from my pins!

Far from perfect!! Or accurate in terms of value lolol but I think it looks kinda cute! I tried not to use a blendy brush and used a hard edged concept brush instead to work on my strokes. How do you guys feel about these photo studies?

Finally done with this piece!! Sorry for the big pause in between posts everyone! I got hit with that sweet monthly hormonal imbalance and couldn’t bring myself to draw for almost the entirety of last week. 🥲

•

I got outta my comfort zone a little bit on this piece— I wanted to paint roses for the first time and study them at the too but no no that’s not hard enough, I had to make them CRYSTAL roses. I still don’t think I captured the transparency as well as I’d hoped but I’m tired n I wna sleep :>

•

Also, mini backstory: I’m thinking she’s got a type of King Midas power where she can turn anything she points her horns towards into crystal. Ok I’m cringing a little. I was just excited to draw glass horns ok ! ! I’ll work on it 😬
