POSTS STORIES REELS

My Dad, He lived. He loved. He made an impact. And that will never fade.🕊️💙 by @aileeneffie_

💫 Happy Theta Thursday… and I’m finally sharing this.

I’ve been quietly preparing something special behind the scenes. In two weeks, my daughter and I will be hosting our Mother & Daughter Book Relaunch Experience, and this moment means everything to me.

What started as pain has turned into purpose, and now we get to share it together. Featuring a powerful conversation with Rev. James Marshall.

April 16 | 5PM RSVP through the link in my bio. We would love to see you in the room! 💜 by @aileeneffie_

💫 Life doesn’t always make sense, and sometimes the weight of pain feels unbearable. I know what it’s like to feel defeated. I cared for my sister through a devastating fire accident. But even in the darkest moments, I’ve learned that your pain has a purpose. Your season of healing and restoration is coming. To all the warriors like my sister, we need you. Keep going. Don’t give up. 🙏🏽💜#warrior #dontgiveuponyourself #keepgoingforward by @aileeneffie_

💫18 years ago today, I lost my mother. Two years ago today, God spared my sister’s life in a devastating house fire. The same day that reminds me of one of my greatest losses also reminds me of one of my greatest blessings.

If Mommy were here, I know she would be cheering us on, celebrating every milestone and reminding us just how strong we are. Today, we honored her memory by visiting one of her favorite restaurants, Red Lobster. What seemed like a simple outing was another meaningful milestone in my sister’s journey of healing, strength, and recovery.

18 years of missing you, Mommy. Two years of celebrating your survival, Sis. Grief and gratitude can coexist. My prayer is that even after the fire, beautiful things will still bloom. 💜🙏🏾

💫Two generations. Two journeys. One shared purpose. 💜 From holding her hand as a little girl to walking alongside her as a young woman, what a beautiful journey it’s been.

I’m excited to introduce our In My Mother’s Footsteps Book Tour is back! My daughter, Harmoni Marie, and I are turning our stories into opportunities to inspire, empower, and connect with communities across generations.

Through storytelling, faith, and our personal experiences, we hope to encourage confidence, healing, resilience, and purpose. And we’re just getting started!

We’re excited to connect with schools, youth organizations, women’s groups, community leaders, and event organizers for speaking engagements, book events, and meaningful collaborations. Together, we’re Turning Vision Into Impact. 💜Let’s connect and make a difference! @_harmonimarie

💫 A vision is powerful, but strategy is what moves it forward. Some of the best ideas never become reality because we abandon them too soon, especially when the path looks different than we imagined.

In business and leadership, sometimes the answer isn’t to give up on the vision. It’s to revisit the strategy, make the adjustment, and keep building. Your vision is worth the work. 💜🙏🏾

💫 Anybody else still recovering from the bonfire?! 😂 @RiverviewGardensSenior Because whew… apparently I don’t bounce back like I used to! 💙💛

A few highlights from the View- Time Bonfire 💙💛. So glad I got a chance to see, laugh with, and catch up with so many of my Ram family. Some faces I hadn’t seen in YEARS, and somehow it felt like no time had passed.

💫 REMINDER: You are allowed to meet yourself again. 💜 Transition has a way of changing more than our circumstances. Sometimes, somewhere between what ended and what comes next, we realize we’ve lost touch with ourselves too.

This week, I’m giving myself permission to rediscover Aileen without rushing the process. No pressure to bounce back. Just intention about how I move forward.

If you’re in a season of transition too, what are you choosing for yourself this week?

💫This is more than a tagline. It’s part of my story. 💜 Missouri Baptist Children’s Home @mbch1886 MBCH was once part of my beginning. Today, I sit in rooms I never imagined I would enter, building, leading, and creating opportunities for others.

From group homes to boardrooms isn’t just where I’ve been. It’s the vision behind why I do what I do. Grateful for every chapter that helped shape the woman I am today.

💫 Some stories deserve more than applause. They deserve a room full of people ready to heal, connect, and move forward. 💜💖
