A quiet week on the photo front !! 🌈

Spending as much time as possible outside as I can before the cold comes!! 🌳🍂

🩵 Less running = more cycling
🌬️ However the wind this week has been CRAZYYY
🏃‍♀️ A windy day at Linlithgow for Flat ‘N fast for some speedy running from the athletes
🏄‍♀️ Some camp planning at Lost Shore
🍎 Made some apple crumble 😋
☕️ When in Edinburgh @patinaedinburgh !!
💚 FINALLY got some curtains in the living room
🏋️‍♂️ Refusing to get/ be more injured and want to get back to running so a lot of rehab in the gym!!
🎯 A night in Edinburgh at flight club & a lovely catch up
🇬🇷 Greek food >>>

A week off work spent at home 🏡🫶

🎨 FINALLY painted a wall in my living room with the help of mum 🥰
🥐 Went to @havnbofa before ofc
🌳 Walk with Ross at Bracklinn falls in the rain ☔️
🥪 & a FILLED sandwich from @mhorbread
🚴‍♀️ 222km on the bike this week, which I have very much missed
🍩 Attempted to make some cinnamon buns (still taste good 😋)
🐮 Clyde got a friend (he still needs a name🥹)
🌞 Attempted to cycle around Loch Tay (the road was shut halfway round 💔) but still had some lovely views !!
🇬🇷 Greek bowl dinner kinda night with @lindsinbloom__ 🩷
👯‍♀️ Lou & fin came and visited me in Stirling
🍷 Girlies came for dinner 🥹🥹🫶🫶
🌶️ & got me a chilli plant!!
🫒 & olive jelly cats 🥹
🏃‍♀️ Cycled to Cumbernauld to watch @lindsinbloom__ absolutely SMASH her 10k today !!! 🚀🌟

As much as I have been absolutely loving all the travel I have been doing lately it has been very nice to spend a week at home and spending time with the people I love 🫶🫶🫶

Bike ride & dinner with @lindsinbloom__ 🫶🫶 = a lovely Friday

Drove up to Loch Tay to cycle around, got halfway and the road was shut 🥺💔so back the way we came!! Was still a lovely day with no rain so can’t complain too much 🥰

Greek bowls for dinner (we LOVE a bowl dinner) & the cutest moving in/ bday prezzie from Linds 🥹🩷🇬🇷

UK School Games 2026 💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

An amazing experience for the athletes away down in Loughborough this week at School Games representing Scotland in triathlon 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

They had a heats & finals aquathlon on Thursday, bike skills & cycle circuit race on Friday with some transition racing added in too and got to experience doing a mixed team relay on Saturday!! 🌟

A great time away with impressive performances, with the boys coming 7th and 8th overall and the girls coming 7th and 20th (after a crash on the bike but getting back up to finish the race 💪)

A great experience for me leading at my first competition too!! 🥰

A pretty busy week at work spending the last few days down at Mallory Park for another British Super series ⭐️☔️

A bit of a last minute change from a triathlon to a duathlon due to blue-green algae 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ but still a great weekend of strong racing !! 💪⭐️

& a Scotland A team 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (including a Welsh & English athlete…) bronze medal in the relay on Sunday!🥉with some flying performances 🚀🚀

Also got some new kit which I will most definitely not get lost in 🙈🩷

Week 34/52 💛💛💛 (had to look up what week it was because it’s been a minute & all weeks have merged !!)

✈️ Spent the start of the week finishing off camp in Morzine with @nationaltriathloncentre
🌞 Filled with sunshine !!
⛰️ Went on a luge down the mountain!! (Enjoy me trying to figure out how to work it haha)
🫶 Back in Stirling
🥐 Straight off the plane and straight to @havnbofa 😋
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Solo date walk up Dumyat to slow the brain down 🧘‍♀️
🏠 Some mini home upgrades done!! Small things done & starting to feel a bit more home like 🥰💐
🍜 Loving cooking atm !!
🥯 but also had a GREAT bagel & coffee @eden_coffeehouse
🩷 Met @elliex26.2 at parkrun!!
🌳 Trying to spend as much time as possible outside (I can feel the winter air coming 🥺)

Back in Stirling & felt like a good day to walk up Dumyat since I haven’t done it since I moved back in December !! 🌳🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I wanted to go running but I’ve been having a bit of knee problems lately which I am struggling with so a walk it was 🥹 & it’s very much time to get back into the gym again after being away to strengthen up the legs!!

& ofc first day back in Stirling = straight to @havnbofa 😋😋

Second part of camp with @nationaltriathloncentre finished and back in sunny Stirling!! 🚵‍♀️😮‍💨🇫🇷

A great 10 days away with the athletes for some hard, hilly & hot training with a bit of variety in the mountains ⛰️🤩

(& I managed to do a few hilly cycles too 🥵)
