Hiiiiiii 🌞 friends. It felt time for a little reintroduction. If you’ve been here since the Greenshaker days… thank you for growing with me. She was the dancing, cooking, hike club and little hustle era that shaped me. And if you’re new here, welcome. You’re catching me in a softer season. The past year was a new dance, which I am slowing still learning the steps. Grief, loss and shifting identities. I was forced to slow down and sit with discomfort. I also turned forty, and feel like I’ve entered a whole new timeline. My old ways of being no longer fit. My body could not perform like I use too. Goodbye greenshaker, hello just me, Aimee-Jean ☺️ She’s more interested in regulating her nervous system than rushing. Deepening my practices over performance. Listening deeply to my body, over pushing through. I’m also letting go of my anxious attachment, small mindedness and anything else no longer serving my higher purpose. My work with women has evolved because of this past season. It’s about embodying the intelligence of the female body. Our intuition. Our cycles of life and how our hormones reflect that. How to listen to our body, as our seasons of womanhood change. I am holding space for this evolution - and teaching this new method in real time. So welcome to my Soft Woman Era. I’m still me. Silly, sensitive and have big dreams. I’m still obsessed with the moon and mama nature. I’m moving to Ojai where I am finally getting to live out my soft nature girl era! I am just… more embodied, more gentle and more observant.Thank you for being here while I shed layers of last year and re-emerge in real time. Ya’lll welcome on the journey! Tell me your 2026 goals and the “season” you are in this year, I’d love to know! Say hi 👋🏼 🌞 in the comments below! Lots of love,Aimee-Jean ❤️ by @aimeegreenacre

It feels time to put into words the potent work I hold behind closed doors in my 1:1 coaching with women.Feminine Flow Coaching is about one thing: teaching women the language of their own cyclical, intelligent bodies. My work began in holistic nutrition, wanting to help women eat better. Then I went deeper and became a natural foods chef, healing them with my food, hosting women’s retreats and moon circles, connecting with women’s stories. The further I went, the clearer it became, our symptoms are rarely just physical. It’s so much deeper. Women are cyclical, creative beings. Yet most of us were never given the language to understand how powerful that design truly is. Once we learn it, our symptoms stop feeling like problems to suppress and begin revealing themselves as intelligent messengers. That is my work: To help you decode what your body has been saying. To mirror back to you how powerful you already are.And yes, it begins in the womb. Everything begins in the wombIf you are ready to become fluent in your feminine body and reconnect to your creative life force - to create the life you know you were meant to have, this is your invitation to start your coaching journey with me.Give me 3 months, and I’ll remind you how powerful and potent your period is, when used correctly. I have 2 private 1:1 spaces available for new clients. We begin March 1st.Comment FLOW 🌷 or apply through the link in my bio.Tag a woman who needs to hear this message 💓I love you all, watch this space. 2026 is getting 🔥 by @aimeegreenacre

Birth by Orgasm 💥 is how I was brought into the world! Umm yes you heard that correctly. It is possible to birth a child into the world naturally through a state of pleasure not pain. When I found this out from my Mum at the age of 29 my whole life suddenly made sense! (Pleasure seeker)! Now, it’s my mission to help more women understand their bodies, navigate their periods, love their cycles and actually enjoy the most beautiful part of being a woman! Loved this conversation with @gracie_norton on the @wellnessherwaypodcast listen to the full episode. Want to hear more, listen via the 🔗 in my bio 🙌🏼 by @aimeegreenacre

Halfway point 🎯 We made it to the middle of 2026.If you had told me in January, when I was looking ahead at the year, that I would be spending this summer building a life in Ojai, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.And yet, here I am, letting this beautiful new season unfold. “Let go and let God” has still very much been my mantra. There have been many small decisions of trust that led me here, but no perfect plan. I had no idea how it would all work out. I just kept taking the next step that felt right, saying yes to what felt aligned - my visa, a car, the house, a new course, and now a summer staying right here. I think that is the thing about the middle of anything. It can feel messy while you are in it. We want certainty before we move, but certainty is built through the movement itself. Through trusting our gut enough to take action on them. Through looking back and realising that the path was always unfolding for me, even when I could not yet see where it was going. For the next few weeks the astrology is BIG, and I truly believe collectively we are all in the middle of some big shifts. And no one quite knows where it will take us. Right now until July 23, Mercury is retrograde in Cancer, old feelings are coming to the surface, and we are being invited to feel them, so we can move forward and heal them. For me, I am grieving my old life and that version of me. I have been thinking about the life I thought I would have by now and I have moments of doubt if I will ever get there. I have been sharing with my clients that this is a beautiful time to pause and ask: what needs to be felt now, so you can heal and not bring them into the future you truly desire. You do not need to have all the answers, but you do need to trust that everything is always happening for you. Sometimes even better than what thought you wanted. Happy Cancer season lovers 🌊 it’s ok to not be where you thought you would be! The year isn’t over yet ♥️ by @aimeegreenacre

There is a scientific term called allostatic load. It’s the cumulative burden of stress on the body. Not just one stressful event, but years of rushing, pushing, stimulation, noise, traffic, screens, expenses, people, uncertainty, and never feeling safe enough to stop. The tricky part? The female body adapts. So well, in fact, that many women don’t even realise how dysregulated they are. The anxiety feels normal. The bloating feels normal. The exhaustion feels normal. PMS, brain fog, poor sleep, inflammation, and feeling constantly “on” become normal too. That was my life. Since moving to Ojai and slowing down my pace of life, spending time in nature, tending to my garden, working with my hands, and creating more spaciousness in my days, I don’t think I actually knew what regulation felt like. Until now.Eight hours of sleep. Clear thinking. Energy. Big lovely poops. Less puffiness and most of all, a 32-day cycle instead of 40.My finally body stopped spending so much energy surviving. Healing isn’t about adding more - it’s often just creating an environment where your nervous system finally feels safe enough to exhale 😮‍💨 The body knows the difference between surviving and feeling safe. Have you ever noticed your symptoms change when your environment changed? Tell me below 👇🏼 by @aimeegreenacre

Welcome to my gardening era 🪴 Every morning, I water my seedlings, pull weeds, harvest herbs, and I’ve watched nature move through her seasons. And the more time I spend in the garden, the more I’m reminded that women are nature too.A healthy garden doesn’t bloom all year round. There are seasons for planting seeds. Seasons for growth. Seasons for harvest. Seasons for composting and rest. Each one serves a purpose. Our menstrual cycle follows a similar rhythm. Every month, we move through our own inner seasons, each offering different gifts, needs, and wisdom.Yet so many women have been taught to expect themselves to feel the same every day. We were never designed that way.Just like a plant 🌱 we grow with each seasons. When we learn to work with our inner seasons instead of against them, we begin to experience more energy, more ease, and a deeper sense of trust in our bodies. If you’re curious about the inner seasons of the menstrual cycle, you’re in the right place.Follow along for more lessons from the garden. 🌱 by @aimeegreenacre

Flow Coaching Summer School is OPEN 🌞 🏊‍♀️ 💦 🍑 I am going back to school with @integrativepsychology_ and I’m inviting you to join me! This is an invitation for the women who are ready to create a life they no longer need to escape from this summer.I am choosing to stay rooted this season instead of running back to Ibiza. I am investing in myself, and choosing to use the expansive, creative energy of summer to become the woman I know I am here to be. Looking back at these photos, I feel so grateful for the summers I spent in Ibiza. The adventures, freedom, friendship, and fun! But at the end of every season, I had the same feeling. I had to return home to a life I didn’t love, and rebuild myself again. I felt depleted, and empty when it was over. This summer, I’m choosing differently. To use the joy of summer to water my roots. To invest in my health, my growth, my business, my future, the community here and the life I’m creating. And I’m opening a few spaces inside my private coaching container for women who feel called to do the same.If your body has been speaking to you…If you can feel a new version of yourself asking to emerge…If you’re ready to create HER… Comment SUMMER below 🌞 Let’s create your own version of Flow Coaching Summer School. 🤸‍♀️ by @aimeegreenacre

Grief really is one of those dances of life that makes you question everything. My latest @substack piece is how I found my rhythm after loss, and the rhythms that help when we have lost our way. Grief doesn’t just take the person. It also takes the version of you that existed with them. When my Mum died… I lost my sense of direction. My certainty. My identity. And my rhythm I had been living by for years. And in the wreckage of that season, I found myself asking a question many of us eventually face:Whose rhythm is this anyway? The last eighteen months have taught me a lot about grief, change, identity, and how we find our way home to ourselves when life throws us a big soul lesson, and rearranges everything.Only took me two weeks to write; and two years to learn. Link in bio. Have you ever experienced a season that made you question everything you thought you knew about yourself? Tell me all below! 💓 by @aimeegreenacre

She’s open 🌷They say it takes 90 days to form a new habit and to solidify a new identity. Well, it’s been 90 sweet days in Ojai for me 🍊and I feel like I am meeting a new Me.The Spring Season 🌱 My first month was all recalibration. Holy wow. My nervous system landing after months of movement and then into, unpacking my “stuff” energetically, physically and emotionally ufff 🫠 So much stuff, sleep, river dips and putting my hands and feet back in the earth. Learning to be slower, more still - for someone who was surviving on adrenaline, this was a welcome adjustment. The second month my rhythm was wobbly. I spent lot of time solo and alone. I was re-building focus 🤓 and my business after an unfocused few years. Then Aries season hit 🔥and we started moving. The community and invitations started finding their way in. Lots of cooking and hosting again, birthdays, boogies and baby blessings. Balance found form, between rest and play. And this last month? Aww it’s been the sweetest Taurus flow. Visitors coming to town, showing them my new life - and it mirrored back to me what I have cultivated. And finally, the fog 🌫️ of grief that has been lingering heavy over me, began to lift. I felt Her. My body softening and my heart opening. I always know, because I want to share and create again. So I started my Substack, Rhythms of Her. To be fair, I haven’t written anything since 🫣 oops. I went a little too hard on signing up new clients (what a blessing). I’m only slowly restructuring my work calendar to protect whole days for creating. And today is one of those days… we are learning. It took 90 days to get here and ya know what I realised, my 1:1 Flow coaching container is three months long for this reason. That’s the amount of time it takes to become someone new. I’ve seen it work with my clients, and now I’ve watched it work on myself too. I love that my work is working. So, what are we all calling in for the next 3 months? My summer season I am naming “Creation” 😋 I am looking forward to creating more yummy moments. What about you? Tell me yours in the comments below 👇🏼💋 Love ya’ll so much, thanks for still being here x by @aimeegreenacre

Today is Earth Day 🌎 and this Substack has been six years in the making, since I made a promise deep in the Amazon jungle. So much has happened since that promise. At the time it was a seed I needed to water, tend, and wait on. Today, in Ojai, finally living in nature and finally living in rhythm with Her — I feel it coming to life 🪴 I know I am late to the Substack world. And let me tell you, it is a whole other universe over there. Today, instead of frolicking in nature as I had very much intended, I spent Earth Day glued to my laptop, setting up, writing, and planning what is going to be a very exciting new chapter for both of us.Go read the first essay and you will find out exactly what I mean. It is the first piece I wish I had when I was navigating the many cycles and seasons of my own womanhood. And the first of many more to come, words, wisdom, stories, recipes, remedies, and rituals I have been sharing behind closed doors to my 1:1 clients for years. It’s time 🌱 to share them with more women!Comment EARTH 🌍 below and I’ll send you the link 🔗And tell me — who are your favourite writers on Substack? I am a massive nerd 🤓 and cannot wait to explore this world properly. by @aimeegreenacre
