Health is wealth, invest in yourself.
I’ve been health and wellness coaching for the past 2 years since completing my NBC-HWC training program and my BSHS, and I’m ready to take on a few virtual clients looking to elevate their health and wellness, to grow personally and professionally.

Health has always been a priority for me- I started weight lifting and tracking my nutrition in high school while navigating chronic health issues, and it’s only grown from there. This time four years ago, I was living in the hospital in critical condition, withdrawing from school, and getting my third laparoscopic abdominal surgery within four years. Today I am healthier than I ever thought possible. It has been three years since my last surgical procedure after years of multiple surgeries. Prioritizing my health and focusing on what I can control has been the foundation of my recovery, strength, and quality of life today. I rebuilt my health, graduated college early, and have been building a career and life that aligns with my health and wellness standards.

I work with clients to set goals, overcome obstacles, and elevate their overall wellness. Together, we create a plan to achieve your wellness vision.

I’m only taking a few clients to start, DM me “HWC” if you’re interested in working with me. by @aimeehaddixx
