2 weeks ago I was asked if I wanted to become a @shred.fast athlete... Shred Fast is a hard as nails workout in a room that's 38 degrees. As a weight lifter, I enjoy slow intense training, so this is totally new to me. It's the 2nd week in and I'm absolutely loving it. I have to complete 50 hours of training and pass 3 exams in the next 8 weeks to become an athlete & coach the classes. The Liverpool based brand has now become a franchise, branching out around the UK & Dubai. I will be running Shred Fast Bradford once I pass my athlete training.
