I’ve not really felt myself this week. The truth is I feel sick at the world.

And I am someone who will always use my platform to speak out on what I believe is right, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Even when we’re made to feel “too much” or “dramatic” for speaking out.

I will continue to use my voice to speak up for what is right. Because this is right. There is no time that is more important than ever to speak out.

I feel sad for women in this world right now, but seeing us come together, collectively to tell the world this is not okay, is a step in the right direction.

And I’m currently going through a legal case of my own, so this hits particularly close to home.

It’s incredibly difficult to comprehend that out more than 50 men in that group chat and not ONE thought , “Hey, this is wrong.“

In my opinion EVERY SINGLE ONE IS COMPLICIT.

It takes ONE person to say enough.
ONE person to stand up for a woman who may have to live with that trauma forever.

Men…. If you’re not having the same conversations with your friends, your brothers, your colleagues, sharing it in your own group chats and saying this is not okay,

If you’re not calling out behaviour you know is wrong - then maybe it’s time to look at your circles.

None of you can truly begin to imagine what it feels like to be a woman in this world today.

We need you.

We need you to stand beside us.
To speak up.
And start helping us change this.

Women have been having these conversations forever.
It’s time men started having them too.

Look at your circles. Call it out. Don’t stay silent.

For as long as sweep this behaviour under the rug, then nothing will change.

The world cannot get any darker than it already is, we cannot afford it to.

we stand by you, we see you and we appreciate you.

Thank you for having the courage to tell your truth.

And I will continue to fight for my own.

Loved spending Sunday at @marielle_magazine mindfulness market created by @thegreen_twins bringing everyone together for a day of wellness, confidence, connection and sustainable fashion.

From affirmations and journaling to confidence-building activities, meeting new people and the wardrobe swap, it was the perfect day 🥹🫶🏻

And obviously… winning the NEOM wellness prize was a very welcome bonus 😂✨

A little look at what I got up to with SHEIN (@shein_gb) in Leeds 🤎

We picked our looks from the new Autumn/Winter ’26 collection, chose from four different themes, and then headed down to the City Square activation this weekend.

Run, don’t walk… because @blankstreet have just dropped ICE CREAM 🍦✨

And it’s SO good

I was invited to the launch party last night to celebrate the new drop at the Albion Street Leeds store. I went for:

🍦 Vanilla Bean Affogato - vanilla bean ice cream, espresso or matcha shell & vanilla bean dusting

🍵 White Chocolate Matcha - matcha ice cream, white chocolate shell & matcha dusting

My favourite was The White Chocolate Matcha. 🤤💚

A little escape I didn’t know I needed 🤍

A couple of days at @lacebymanor with @voyabeauty filled with spa time, sunshine, good food, an outdoor bath, the comfiest bed and a very overdue switch-off.

And yes… I would absolutely like an outdoor bath at home now 😂🛁

Okay Leeds, I think I’ve found my new matcha obsession… 🍵🤎

The new matcha flights at Made in Leeds are SUCH a good idea. Four flavours in one go means no difficult decisions and, quite frankly, that’s exactly how I like to order. 😂

We also tried some of their food and everything was SO good. I’m already eyeing up the rest of the menu for next time because there is so much I want to try.

If you love matcha, açai bowls, good food and cute spots, definitely add this one to your Leeds list. 👀

Have you tried barre? 🩰✨

@blocstudiowellness has just opened a gorgeous new mat Pilates studio just off Street Lane in Roundhay, alongside their reformer studio in Chapel Allerton. They offer everything from yoga and dynamic mat Pilates to barre, and honestly… the studios are SO beautiful. Think calm, aesthetic spaces that make you actually want to work out. 🤍

I was so excited to try the barre class, especially as I grew up doing ballet - so the dance element of barre was right up my street.

It’s is a mix of ballet, Pilates and strength, with tiny controlled movements, plenty of pulses and a LOT more burn than you might expect! I loved the combination of the dance element with the strength and toning - and yes, the legs were shaking by the end 😂

I was also so happy that @barrebybates was teaching the class as I’ve done one of her classes before and she is just UNREAL!

Thank you so much to Bloc Studio for the invite - I absolutely loved it. 🤍
