Fell off the wagon with getting reels put together. Fall seems to be such a busy season for me, so it's really been a juggle getting everything accomplished in one week! Staying consistent at the gym has been ok, but just the rest has really fallen to the wayside 😭😞 by @aimless.willow

Feeling cute, brought to you by glute days at the gym. by @aimless.willow

1 year of dedication. I decided I was sick of shrinking and felt it was high time to start finally growing after 15 years of restriction. I used to be 175/180lb, dropped to 120lb and then became belemic as I was afraid of weight. Some days the old demons of the diet/model thin culture that was beaten into me as a teen and young adult come creeping back and tell me I've made the wrong decision, but then I carry two 5 gallon water jugs into my house without breaking a sweat and think, nahh!
