Updated & upgraded. This little workbook was a labor of love - created because I’m often asked by future authors ‘Where do I start?’

My go-to response has always been ‘Just write and figure the rest out later,’ but that approach only works for like-minded pantsers.

For my type-A planner friends, this workbook is a basic, easy-to-follow guide - from drafting to steps to publication and a few things to consider in between. It’s intentional. All for the price of a cup of coffee ☕️

Ghana fed me, fueled me, and filled me. I had beautiful spiritual experiences, connected with strangers who became family, and found a part of myself.

From Accra to Cape Coast to standing before Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Asantehene in beautiful Kumasi, I am full of gratitude and joy.

Giving thanks to the ancestors who met me there and the ones who journeyed with me.
