A few months ago, I created this visual publication as a space for thinking about swimming pools as embodied, relational environments that foster learning, perception and emotion. It offers an opportunity to view them with a new gaze and to explore how they can generate new forms of knowledge and interaction through affective engagement, bodily movement, care and love.

I dive and open my eyes.
I can't see clearly.
I have the desire to see everything as clear as I can above the surface.
I move around, some light helps me orient my body.
Now I know I am close to a wall,
so I turn around and keep exploring.
I know I am deeper now, somewhere in the middle.
On the way,
I open my eyes again.
I am near a light.
