It’s #followerfriday (albeit a day late), and this sleek 1973 R75/5 comes from @jj_withers. Josh built it up with a 900cc Siebenrock kit, a 5 speed transmission, Oshmo rear sets and a custom exhaust, all wrapped in Porsche silver. Truly, a vintage boxer made better without losing its soul. This is submission 2/3 from Josh, keep your peepers here over the coming weeks for his third submission! Got an Airhead to share? Pumped to bring you this conversation with Chuck House!

Over the next two episodes we’ll visit with Chuck House who has spent a lifetime in the motorcycle industry with most fascinating stories to tell, as witness. Chuck started as BMW tech in 1981 at Crescent City BMW in New Orleans and later worked as a rally mechanic and national service manager for Ducati North America.

Episode one covers a bit of New Orleans m/c history from the 80's through the early 2000's and Chuck's work with Crescent City BMW.

Katie Hunter is back with another audio essay, reflecting on life aboard her 75/6.

It’s #followerfriday, and @blainehale has brought us a real “Misfit” build. It started life as an R80ST and got converted into a G/S, now rolling on DRZ400 forks, with Siebenrock 1000cc cylinders. This is exactly the kind of no rules, make it your own boxer we love around here. DM me your Airhead to get featured and I’ll send you free Airhead Misfits stickers! #bmwairhead #r80gs #vintagemotorcycle #airheadmisfits by @airheadmisfits

It’s #followerfriday, and this beautifully original 1977 R100/7 comes from @anchortattoo. Bought it straight from the original owner with records back to the bill of sale, and preservation is the whole point, so the work has stayed sensible: fresh fluids, tires, a rebuilt master cylinder and some valve and carb work sorted with @worthmoto. Runs great and turns heads outside the shop.
