“Sunday’s Best” comes out Oct 25th and I want YOU to make “art” with the cover art. For reals I would love my talented artist friends to draw something beautiful like broken angel wings🪽or a sick pattern in the back but ALSO if you just draw something silly and post it on your story and tag me, I WILL send you the song early🤭. And one person’s art will be chosen to be the real cover!!!
You have ONE WEEK!! Download the full res file with the link in my bio. All my artists, go wild and submit as many as you’d like. Only rule is NO AI!!🙅🏻‍♀️ if you are chosen you win free tickets for life and a Tshirt, bracelet, stickers and hand written letter sent to you✨🤍🖤

We want to feel safe and respected and equal in music studios, venues, tour buses, label meetings, schools, gyms, OUTSIDE in the world!! Show your values, speak up, be a light in this dark sad world. Thank you to the men that do🤍 #cornell #cornelluniversity #musicindustry #concert #artist by @airxyel

Listen 🔊 @victoriacanal ‘s song says it!!
(My rant/poem feelings about all this)
When all around you is dark, you be the light
When you’re surrounded by wrongs, you be the right
When your met with temptation, you turn it down
When someone says horrible things, you get more loud
When a woman speaks the truth you don’t shut her down
When there’s a pattern and proof you put the truth out
When your friends prove again and again that they disrespect women, and encourage you to speak badly about them, you get new friends.
Your loyalty has no value when your loyalty is to men that are garbage. That just makes you garbage.

When your boyfriend says racist, misogynistic, homophobic, disrespectful things, you call him out and break up with him the first time!!! (Saying this to myself too)
Because you are the light, you are the good, you are the truth. And you cannot allow someone that is dark, heavy, lying, saying terrible things when he’s with his friends, disrespects women, believes he can get away with anything, to have any part of you.
Stop giving bad guys ANY time. Once the mask drops, believe it and be done with it. Leave them to rot and face their consequences.

Thank you to the men speaking up now, making the cowards around them uncomfortable.

My heart breaks for Jane Doe. I can’t think about or say anything else.

The dark will always try to overtake the light
but we will never give up the fight🤍
