“AISH Spice Mixes”, our very first edible product. Five blends inspired by real kitchens, real culture and the way people actually cook. Each one crafted in small batches and released in very limited quantities.

Last week, Aish & Bazm came together once again in NYC, this time for a week long residency at @with.others.bk
We had the opportunity to share some of our favorite dishes with a larger audience, and it truly felt like magic✨ The menu was built around spring ingredients and Persian flavors, expressed through a communal, shareable format created for With Others🍃
A special thank you to Shanna joon for welcoming us so warmly and trusting us to bring this vision to life. And a heartfelt thanks to everyone who came by, shared a table with us and tried our food throughout the week.
Can’t wait for the next time we come together and share another experience with the community.

Our next residency is designed with Persian ingredients and techniques led by two Persian chefs @bazm.nyc x @aish.works

Aish is a Toronto-based culinary studio creating thoughtful, elevated experiences around food.

Bazm is a New York dining concept exploring Persian flavors through a refined, shareable lens.

Together, they bring a spring menu rooted in Persian culture-pulling from ingredients and spices across Iran, interpreted in a modern, communal format for With Others.
