Watching this recap brings me right back to the joy, connection, and possibility we shared at the Nexus Women’s Leadership Conference.

Women across sectors gathered in New York City to learn, exchange ideas, prioritize their wellbeing, and take meaningful steps toward what comes next.

What stays with me most are the conversations, the generosity of our speakers, and the women who left inspired and ready to act with new connections, leadership commitments, and goals for the next 90 days.

Thank you to our speakers, volunteers, and every woman who brought her voice into the room. I’m deeply grateful to TD Bank, Brooklyn.org, The New York Women’s Foundation, and Women.nyc for helping bring this vision to life.

What an incredible day. 💫

I'm still smiling, reflecting, and feeling incredibly grateful for the Nexus Women’s Leadership Conference.

The room was filled with brilliant women, honest conversations, laughter, encouragement, new connections, and so many moments of clarity and inspiration.

From leadership and ambition to wellness, technology, career growth, and the courage to “do the hard things,” every session brought something meaningful to the day.

What encouraged us most was seeing women leave not only inspired, but ready to move.

Ready to communicate with greater confidence.
Ready to build stronger relationships.
Ready to prioritize their wellbeing.
Ready to make the ask.
Ready to take the next step.

That movement from reflection to action is exactly what Nexus was created to support.

The Nexus Women’s Leadership Conference, founded and organized by @aishadoris is a dynamic gathering designed for women who are ready to grow as leaders, strengthen their wellbeing, expand their networks, and move their goals forward.

Event features some of our City’s most dynamic leaders: @jenniferjonesaustin, @adriennetoyou, @grace.bonilla.10, @bklynorgceo, @dianafranconyc, Dr. Kim Carter-Evans and many more…

Throughout the day, women working across business, entrepreneurship, government, health, philanthropy, technology, science, and community leadership will come together for meaningful conversations, practical learning, wellness experiences, and authentic connection.

God formed you, purposed you and breathed life into your body so you can live as a reflection of His goodness in the Earth.

Please know that ALL things work together for your good. The unplanned and planned experiences of life all come together to work together for your highest good.

The gift of life you received on the day you were born is confirmed and electrified by the Holy Spirit that lives in you. ⚡️

I have confidence that we will get everything God has intended for us. Because we love Him, are called and aligned with his plan. So dream bigger. Your time is now. 👇🏽

Happy Star Wars Day! ⭐️💫

I continue to look up to the stars and dream.

I was in high school when I happened to look at the sky to discover that clouds move. From that moment forward I have been enamored with the cosmos.

So often life is so heavy we don't even think to look up 🆙 But looking up changes everything: reminding us of a new perspective, position and power. We are expansive beings. The sky is just the beginning.
