In the year 2021, he has shown up for most of the breast milk donation drive UYIRTHULI @cbeparentingnetwork from carrying boxes, calling mothers and fixing time for the collection, making sure babies get what they need, helping me and accompanying me, asking doubts on how this process works etc.. making sure that everything is organised well...

Always there, always calm.

But what touched me most wasn’t just what he did, but "how he saw" the entire milk donation drive. The way he noticed the donor mother's tired smiles, the courage behind their eyes, the stories in the soft blankets they wrapped around their babies. The way he honoured the miracle of birth, the way he shed tears in the NICU acknowledging his own birth and his mother's efforts and the quiet power of all the mothers, and the way he saw how valuable that each drop carried. The way he valued my efforts in this drive.

It is rare to see a young man hold space like this. Its rare to see such an emotional intelligence person . ( When i said that its rare, he told me .. " Trust me maam many of us are more kinder and more non judgemental, more compassionate." this really made me sooo hopeful about the future. I just imagined how wonderful partners and parents these people will make in the future... beautiful) To believe that mothers deserve to be seen and heard . To go back to his mother and look at life in a different perspective of love, understanding and compassion toward mothers and women in general. To believe that babies and mothers deserve to be nourished with love.

Thank you for being part of this journey, for standing beside mothers with such gentle respect, and for reminding us that "kindness is an action, not just a feeling".

We see you. We appreciate you. We are grateful you chose to walk with us since 2021. 🩵 We are proud of you.

@sangz_jeevs decided to write these beautiful messages of love, some even from Thirukural.

This is so heart touching. A mother sharing her BM by itself is the purest form of love and she takes efforts to write messages of love in each stash.

Once again it is a confirmation that only and only LOVE is transferred through milk donation. Love from a mother to a baby.. nothing else

8 years are gone... My God ... How brave I was to take a decision to birth you... Standing with life is never a wrong decision... Thank God i didn't listen to anyone.... I am so happy and grateful for my mother instincts the moment I conceive.. Thank God I chose the difficult path...... I am able to understand my Chapter 9 of BCST better because of this decision...a mother not only has compassion and love , she also has 'vaashi' and 'vairagiyam' too when it comes to her baby ... Wat did I lose because of this decision - I don't care ... Wat did i gain because of this decision - A life's longing to live and experience life itself .. Grateful, Grateful, Grateful 🙏🙏🙏 Wishing myself a Happy Birthing Day... Miss my doula @paavaibyharitha today .. pls give me the massage after u come... I am still in the cellular memories of labour today...

Note: Body remembers. I was experiencing and remembering my birth day today...

I am so blessed with the most powerful birth experience and I am glad I took this up ...

✨ VBAC Birth Story – Indra ✨

Indra, a second-time mom, couldn’t join pregnancy classes during her first pregnancy due to Covid and work schedules and she ended up
In a cesarean section birth .So when she conceived again, her first decision was clear — she wanted to prepare well and try for a VBAC. 💛

She enquired for classes 5 years back and the universe made her to take the right decision to join classes for her second pregnacy .She joined Achintya Pregnancy Classes in her second trimester and stayed very regular with workouts, both offline and online. In her third trimester, she chose doula support for continuous physical and emotional care, especially while managing her elder child at home.

At 38 weeks, during a routine checkup on Jan 23, 2026, she was found to be in labour at 2 cm dilation and got admitted. Labour progressed slowly with induction. By afternoon on Jan 25, at 4 cm, contractions became very intense and she felt like opting for a cesarean.

With continuous motivation, epidural support, and encouragement from birth doula RAJESWARI senthil , her husband and Sushma Ma’am Women’s Centre, she regained confidence to continue for a vaginal birth.

By 5 PM she reached 7–8 cm…
By 7 PM she was fully dilated…
And at 8:48PM, her little prince arrived safely 👶💙

Despite challenges like vomiting during labor , a cord around baby’s neck, both mother and baby had a sucessful VBAC .

Her regular workouts, great thanks to BCST sessions with @aishunique Aishwarya ,massage support, hot packs, and constant emotional reassurance by birth coach and doula RAJESWARI played a huge role in making this beautiful VBAC possible.

Today, Indra cherishes her birth as a powerful and positive experience. ✨

❗ Trigger warning ❗Loss of an infant ❗

I got a call from a dad inquiring about Milk Donation. I explained. Then the father said we lost our baby a few hours back and informed that the mother and the father have decided to donate the milk. The exact words he told was "enga papaku kedaikatha pal vera papagalku poi seratum" ( meaning: our baby couldn't get the milk so let other babies have it ) They were very sure of wat they were doing, they were calm and composed and they took this decision with loads of love.

Here i am acknowledging a Donor mom who came forward to give away her pump to this mom because it was late evening and they couldn't buy a pump.

I have no words to explain wat i felt... I only felt honoured to have experienced such acts of kindness and love even when a person is going through such grief..
