It’s officially #thelongwalk release month!!

It was the greatest honor and privilege to work with the most amazing music team on this incredible film!!

Thank you so much to @davidofbaron for this opportunity to work and assist on several aspects of the music department. It’s always fantastic to work alongside you!
It was such an honor to meet and the greatest pleasure work with the exceptional composer @jeremiahfraites, whose work on this movie is amazing! Can’t wait to hear it on the big screen!!
And likewise for the incredible music editor @jasonruder ! It was the absolute best working with you, and I’ve totally been inspired towards music editing thanks to it!
Also an honor and pleasure to work with @timdavies72 who was the amazing orchestrator!
And thank you to @celeste_chada for keeping the music department smooth sailing!

It was such a great environment filled with incredible people, and I’m so grateful to have been a part of this. Thank you so much @jointhelongwalk and go see it in theaters on September 12th!!

Excited to share my new piece I composed, orchestrated, and mixed, "Sunlight of the Sower," recorded live by the incredible Budapest String Orchestra.

This piece based off of a small thematic idea I wrote on piano several years ago that I loved, and it was begging for more. So, expanding it out to a full string orchestra was incredibly fulfilling, and wonderful to experience this idea grow into the piece it has become! by @aisthekey

My mom @donnalewismusic and I wrote this song together and I’m so happy to say it will be on her upcoming album ‘Rooms With a View’ releasing April 26th!! Which is inspired by her breast cancer journey.

I was beginning to write the music on the piano one day while my mom was at treatment. And after that she wrote the lyrics and melody and I worked on the track.

When I had finished the track and written out the string arrangements, we decided to go to Sun Mountain studios and get @davidofbaron involved! I recorded more keys and some live piano, and then we were lucky to have @noahhoffeld record live cello and Olivier Manchon record live violin and viola!

It was such an amazing experience from start to finish and I’m so happy with how it’s come out. And I’m even more proud it’s part of the incredible work my mom has been working on.

I had the absolute pleasure to attend the premiere screening of @jasondahkid ‘s stunning feature film, Good Friday, on the big screen!! And it was even greater honor to listen to my score for it in an actual movie theater!

Working with Jason and rest of the team on post has been one of the best film scoring experiences I’ve ever had. And seeing the culmination of everyone’s work on the big screen was immensely fulfilling, and I couldn’t be happier and prouder of the final product!

Thank you so much Jason for this absolutely incredible opportunity to work on a feature film, and to you and the rest of the team for making the experience so amazing and enjoyable!

I’m so proud to say that Der Golem in concert is playing this Wednesday, March 6th, and Thursday, March 7th, at the Iris Cantor Theater in the Paulson Center!

This project has been an immense undertaking that is one of the largest and most satisfying I have ever worked on, along with my fellow composers: the other Juniors in Screen Scoring!

Me and my fellow Junior composers collectively scored the entire 1920s German silent film Der Golem as part of Carnegie Hall’s event commemorating the fall of the Weimar Republic and German Expressionism of the early 20th century.

We not only all created our scores for designated sections, but we also created and organized the score and parts, the technical side of the performance, and attended the rehearsals to continue fine tuning as the players learned the music.

It’s been such an incredible and rewarding time and I can’t wait for it to be finally be seen!
