A few days ago, the course on aerobic meat maturation with pH management, organized by Stagionello Academy 🎓🥩, successfully concluded. An intense day where the Tutors ⚜️⚜️ and Masters ⚜️⚜️⚜️ Cuomo Method guided participants from Thailand 🇹🇭, Spain 🇪🇸, and Romania 🇷🇴 through an immersive experience exploring the Cuomo Method and the patented Stagionello technology (𝐄𝐏𝟐𝟕𝟔𝟗𝟐𝟕𝟔𝐁𝟏 and 𝐂𝐀𝟐𝟖𝟓𝟐𝟔𝟓𝟎) 🛠️🔬.
Between theory 📚 and hands-on practice 🧑‍🍳, participants were able to experience firsthand the essential operational procedures to achieve products that are SAFE ✅, REPRODUCIBLE 🔁, and of SUPERIOR QUALITY 🏆.
