My one constant in life. My very best friend. I don’t know what I would’ve done without you. 15+ years of pure unconditional love (only for me - sorry to everyone else) ha). You joined me on every journey and I’m so grateful for that. I’ll look for you in every corner of the room - in this lifetime and every other there may be. To my soul dog, my buddy, I love you. This year has thrown a lot of grief my way that I’m still trying to navigate through. With the recent news of my friend Issac passing, it’s yet another reminder that we really don’t know the last time we’ll see or talk to someone. Hug your friends a little longer, tell them how much they mean to you, and embrace all that they are. “Death can be so painful, and grief can be so hard. And yet, it is one of the most universal experiences of being human. It reminds us of the fragility and vulnerability of life in a body, forces us to put things in perspective, challenges us to expand our understanding of how things work, and connects us with one another in a profound way.” - Mike RobbinsI met Issac in Tulum years ago and we quickly became friends. Such a genuine and kind soul and we just clicked. What I loved the most about him relates to the screenshot of our conversation from a few years back. He was always one for a big hug, staying connected, and expressing gratitude for life and friendship. I’m so grateful he was a part of my journey. I only wish we had more time.
