Time and change. The two constants.

The world keeps changing in time whether you’re paying attention or not. The most you get to decide is how you experience it right now, and how, or if, you change with it.

That’s the key. How or if. Not everyone you cross paths with wants the same road. Some want to change through the seasons. Others want the same season on repeat.

So don’t quiet the voice telling you it’s alright to want different. Repetition yields two outcomes. On one end, you repeat the days and weeks and the result leaves you exactly where you were. On the other, repeated acts carry you somewhere new. New places. New versions of yourself. New days where life gets experienced differently.

Align the habits and cycles you repeat to the direction you see for yourself.

I want the seasons. I want to lose one version to gain another.

You’re either in the driver’s seat or someone else is holding the wheel. Decide which.
