Have you ever said negative things to yourself while training? I have and it’s the worst !!
What we feed ourselves mentally is just as important as what we feed ourselves physically!
Try the 3 statements below- I have used to rewire and felt the results change in my workouts!
1. “I won’t quit—I will adapt, I will overcome, I am evolving”
This reminds me that every rep, every drop of sweat is part of my growth. It shows others that strength isn’t about perfection—it’s about persistence!

2. “I train to show what’s possible, not just for me—but for everyone watching.”
This fuels purpose with something bigger than me. I’m not just working out—I’m leading by example, becoming living proof of what discipline and heart can achieve and maintain.
3. “This is where I transform, muscle pain is not my enemy, it’s my power.”
This keeps me centered in my body, using discomfort as a signal of growth. So much more to say about this one, but I’ll leave it at this for now!
Speak power to yourself.
Feel power in your body.
See power in your results!

The secret’s out! 🙌I’ve joined the team at Chuze Fitness as a part-time fitness coach, where I’ll be helping people crush their workout goals in Team Training! 🏋️‍♂️ I’ll be teaching the Tuesday 5 AM class and subbing when I can, looking forward to bringing the energy, bright and early (dark and early) 😆
Tomorrow’s my first 5am class co-teaching with my mentor, coach @jessiochoa who had put this idea in my ear several years ago 😉💪
And don’t worry, I’m still going strong in my full-time role at Brivity, the best Real Estate tech platform! Love my team there! ❤️ by @ajallday74

This block reserved for Luna 🐾 ❤️
She made this visit extra special. She even visited me at my office downtown and they have a little bulldog in our break area. I had to snag a cameo 😍 taken in Bellingham, Washington by @ajallday74
