The Khardung La challenge 2026
When you think you are prepared, it may not be your time. And when it’s time ,you may not feel prepared.
I’ve registered for Khardung La challenge in Mar 2025 to run in sep 2025. I prepared hard but that wasn’t my time. At that moment I got two options. 1. Take refund or 2. Carry forward for the next edition. I instantly decided to carry forward. A period of one year is full of uncertainty. Work, life, injuries and what not. But it was time and I got to face it with whatever I had. Honestly, It wasn’t the finish time (09:28), I wanted but given the preparation, I’m proud of the grit it took and immensely grateful to almighty & the mighty and mesmerising Ladakh mountains.
My gratitude to the @sarita.saroha.3 @runn_kumar for the guidance @runride2fit team for the support @pujankamani for always checking on me and all the runners from Baroda for their wishes 🙏 by @ajaxrunning

लोगो को मज़ा आता होगा बाजार की चकाचौंध और भीड़ में,
मुझे शुकून मिलता है भटकते हुए, पुराने शहर की गलियों में। (People might find joy in the crowd and market’s glean. But wandering the old city’s alleys, where I find my peace). #leh #oldcityleh #peace #ladakhmarathon #nostalgic taken in Leh, Ladakh by @ajaxrunning

How quickly you can get up and move on Falls in life imminent but to stay there or get up and move on is your choice. And you learn this naturally nowhere but in the sports field. So take up a sport and enroll your kids in one too #sports #icehockey #ladakhmarathon #lifelessons taken in Leh NDS Memorial Ground by @ajaxrunning
