I, Iyanuoluwa Olayemi,
choose to align
not with haste,
not with pressure,
but with God’s timing and God’s sequence.

I’ve learned that what looks like delay
is often preparation.
When I move ahead of God, I struggle,
but when I wait, I see His hand clearly.

So I rest.
I trust His pace.
I yield to His order.

Because my story is safe with Him,
and everything will unfold
exactly when it should.

A FOREVER WITH NUMBERED DAYS

I saw a movie earlier today
“A Forever With Numbered Days.”
Where love meant choosing
and letting go.

Love
it can break you,
then ask you to still believe.

Sometimes,
letting go is love.
Not because you lost
but because you are choosing healing.

It is okay to cry.
It is okay to hurt.
But do not lose you
in trying to hold on.

I have learnt
even when it does not feel fair,
God is still working.

You are never DISADVANTAGED.
Love can be hard
But healing is proof
you are still whole.

Let go.
Let God.

While going through the Scriptures this morning, my baker instinct kicked in 😂. The Holy Spirit helped me interpret the Scriptures using baking techniques 😂. I guess once a baker, always a baker.

Today’s Bible reading was the popular story of David and Goliath. This morning, I saw the story in a new light 😂.

At the mention of “stick” in 1 Sam. 17:45 😂, I just knew Goliath was cooked 😂. I then remembered that in verse 40 of the same chapter, David had gone to pick stones — not just any stones, but five smooth rocks 🔥. Five is usually interpreted by people to mean completeness in action— some see it as representing a complete and balanced approach to the battle: faith in God plus responsible preparation. JESUS, FAITH, GRACE — all have five letters each 😂. David was really ready to deal with Goliath (vv. 26, 36, 37).

Goliath’s boasting was like YEAST 😂; David coming with a stick was like having a ROLLING PIN to flatten the dough 😂; the stone was used to “BAKE” the dough 😂. In conclusion, Goliath was dead on arrival 😂😂.

If only believers could name every problem DEAD ON ARRIVAL and exercise their victory in Christ Jesus by seeing every problem as not being against them, but against God Himself. One thing I know and that has been proven over the years is that God never loses His battles. He is too great to lose His steeze when it comes to fighting battles.

As you go out today, whatever problems you are faced with, just tag them DEAD ON ARRIVAL (speak to God about them, and I know you will testify about your victory in Christ Jesus as well ☺️). by @ajeletilayemi

All I can think of right now is THANK YOU LORD😂. God has really been good. I am grateful for the year 2021. I am grateful for growth, for my family and friends, I am also grateful for GOD'S encouraging words 😉. I could remember one time when I was thinking of how I have seen people of my age doing things I picture myself doing at this stage of my life.. That day was mehn😂🤣 and the response I got from my Big Pops which is GOD( that is what I usually call Him) was ENJOY THE PROCESS☺️. When that came, I looked at myself that day and was like WHAT PROCESS AM I GOING THROUGH? cos trust me, it didn't seem like I was going through any process🤣, since I do the same activities each and everyday. It was recently I understood what the word ENJOY THE PROCESS meant.
MORAL LESSON 😊: Your life might seem like nothing is changing or you are just on a spot but trust me, provided you are journeying with God, all you need do is to listen to every instruction HE gives, it might not make sense at that time given but I am sure of one thing. You will look back one day and say.. God, so this was what you were preparing me for, THANK YOU☺️🤭.
