OVATIONS FIRST CLOSING IN THE BOOKS!!!! 👏🏼🍾🏠

Four weeks exactly since Ovation’s first office in Sewell opened it’s doors, and today we welcomed and celebrated our first settlement (with many more to come this month!) 🎉

What made this closing day even more special, was that it was our amazing broker Bob Krupa’s buying and selling settlements to kick it off!! Nothing more full-circle and deserving than that 🙌🏼

Congratulations are in order for both buyers and sellers on this amazing accomplishment and their trust in Ovation. Incredible loan officers Dana Gounaris and Austen Ward for their extremely hard work on this one, and Tricia + our amazing friends and partners at Spire Abstract! Thank you Instagram for bringing me some of my favorite clients turned friends! 2 months flat from message to closing day 🥹

This process was quick (maybe even too quick!), so fun, and absolutely flawless. Kayla and Alex put so much trust in me from start to finish to find them their perfect first home and didn’t even see it before putting in an offer 🤣 fully trusting my judgement when I said this was the one they were waiting for - and today they got the keys!! 🏠
