Day 52 / mic release practice

Handle busted lol nothing some duct tape can’t fix 😀😀

Still along way to go but think giving it a bit of practice everyday I’ll eventually figure it out.

Crazy I think jumping rope spins time backwards feeling the youngest I’ve felt in forever 42 the new 22 lol

Have an amazing day all 😀😀😀#jumprope #skippingrope #skipping #jumpropefitness #jumpropecommunity by @ajjumpjourney

Day 49 trying to get my feet to cooperate
Little by little day by day even if it’s just one tiny bit better it’s totally worth it.

Sometimes the big pictures hard to see cause it’s made up of all these little blocks you have to build up to see it properly.

Have an awesome day all 😀😀😀#jumprope #skippingrope #skipping #jumpropefitness #jumpropetraining by @ajjumpjourney

Day 46
Had a few days off I’ve been workout out daily hitting 20000 steps a day as a minimum
The fatigue from skipping for an hour a day caught up with me
Funny I went to the gym and had no intention of picking up the rope then an opportunity presented itself empty gym.
I actually feel like the few days off let my mind catch up with my body and had a little bit more coordination even though still need heaps of work ya have to celebrate the one percenters or where the fun.

Have an awesome day all
