You Should See the Other Guy

I mean, I’d be a liar if I said I thought violence was never the answer. It should be used as a last resort, for sure, but it can be necessary. There are folks out there who just never learn. That perv at the club isn’t gonna stop getting handsy with disinterested girls just because a few gave him nasty looks. The spoiled mean girl whose friends have walked on eggshells around her her whole life is going to dismiss any critique of her behavior that you tell her. The suburban white dude isn’t gonna stop saying the n word just because you chewed him out, his buddies have always let it slide because they think he’s funny. But a nice heavy hitter? They’ll never forget that. Some people just deserve to get punched.

It got me

A self realization I had through writing to myself. I’ve been doing that more lately. It helps. Feels good to get my thoughts on paper. I’m a chronic over-thinker by @ajm.pol
