Join AJ & Eden — two recent TYU graduates — for a beautiful meditation on The Heart of Yoga.

This practice is an invitation to reconnect with why you fell in love with yoga in the first place — and to remember how powerful these teachings can be when they move beyond the mat and into the way you live your life.

Through breath, reflection, and stillness, this meditation gently brings you back to the essence of yoga: being fully alive in your body, your awareness, and your everyday experience.

It also offers a little glimpse into the kind of philosophy and inner exploration we dive into inside our teacher trainings.

YOU’RE ONLY AS STRONG AS YOUR WEAKEST LINK

last summer i made a goal to run a mile without walking. i know it sounds silly but i HATE running and this was a big goal for me. It took me a few months😅 but I did it! after that I started running semi-consistently but staying in the 1mi range.

2 weeks ago one of my sisters had a conflict with the timing of this race and transferred her registration to me. I’ve never run more than 1.6mi without walking. I thought there was no way I could do it.

Today I ran 3.2mi without walking. I forgot my headphones (lol) so the only thing playing over and over again in my head was this silly monologue from a Baron Baptiste Vinyasa Yoga flow i would do in HS. “You are only as strong as your weakest link.
