At AJ Properties, hosting starts long before a guest checks in.

It’s the renovations, the maintenance, the late nights, the attention to detail, and the commitment to constantly improving every space we manage.

From upgrading our properties to personally welcoming guests and responding to feedback, every decision is made with one goal in mind: creating exceptional stays and memorable experiences.

The reviews you see at the end aren’t luck—they’re the result of consistency, hard work, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Because great hosting isn’t just about providing a place to sleep. It’s about creating an experience people remember.

This is why we do it at AJ Properties.

We listen, we act, and we keep improving. ✨

Guest feedback is very important to us, and we take every recommendation seriously.

One guest mentioned that the bedroom carpet could be replaced with flooring like the other rooms , so we upgraded it to modern vinyl flooring for a cleaner and fresher look.

Another guest mentioned that there was no support in the shower for shampoo and soap bottles , so we added one for extra comfort and convenience.

Small details make a big difference, and we’re always working to make every stay better than the last.

From 2023 to 2026 — this journey has been built one guest, one stay, and one memory at a time. ⭐️

2023 was where the trust started.
2024 was where the trust grew.
2025 showed us that consistency matters.
And now 2026… the season starts here.

At AJ Properties, every stay is more than just a booking. It’s a welcome, a clean space, a great location, fast communication, and hopefully a beautiful memory guests take home with them.

Thank you to every guest who trusted us, reviewed us, recommended us, and came back.

We’re excited for another year of hosting, new faces, returning guests, and unforgettable Toronto stays.

2026, let’s make it our best season yet. 🏙️✨
