One moment of lost concentration can change everything.

Stress, pressure and what’s going on in your head don’t just disappear when you turn up for work.

Sometimes having that conversation is more important than you realise.

Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it isn’t real. 🧠

When someone’s physically ill, we understand. But when someone’s struggling mentally, why are they so often told to just get on with it?

Mental health deserves to be taken just as seriously as physical health.

The days are getting shorter and the weather is turning. After work golf is all but gone and its easy to feel deflated and lethargic.

Check up and check in with your friends, schedule that weekend tee time, arrange that visit to the pub, video call eachother for some face time.

Nobody needs to feel alone in this beautiful community, or in any other 🫶💙❤️

My DM's are also open for anybody struggling 💙
