🏴‍☠️ Forged between the city and the mountains, a new pirate duo rises.

⚓️ Hypenotica brings together two young pirates: Ushan K from Modena and Vikum from Domodossola. Different paths, different horizons, united by the same vision and bound by sound.

From the peaks to the dancefloor, their journey leads straight to Pirate Island.

Episode 128 features @hype.notica, 🎛️ the Sri Lankan-born duo @aka.vikumf and @ushiiiiy , now based in Italy. 🇮🇹 Known for their dark, textured soundscapes, they’ve been quietly shaping their own lane in the underground—blending deep progressive textures with a touch of melodic techno. ⛓️🛸

Their mix for Subterranea 128 is a slow-burning journey filled with low-end pressure, spacious atmospheres, and a steady pulse. It’s a solid showcase of their style: carefully layered grooves, unexpected shifts, and a handful of unreleased tracks that give the set a raw, first-listen feel 🌀〰️🫧

The set features music from Ellroy, Matan Caspi, Sam Sick, Mike Rish, The Cranberries, and more, plus an unreleased collab with Kvindu—showing just how far HYPNOTICA can stretch the boundaries while keeping things tight and focused ✔️🎚️
