We are delighted to welcome @tresindmayfair the London outpost of the globally acclaimed Trèsind restaurant group and its sister bar concept @trystmayfair to the AKA family.

Trèsind London is a refined expression of innovative Indian cuisine, where heritage is elevated through contemporary finesse.

Led by @chefhimanshusaini and Chef Amit Bagyal, the restaurant presents a meticulous approach to modern Indian gastronomy, with each dish thoughtfully composed to honour traditional flavours while embracing creativity, precision and artistry.

The name Trèsind combines Très, meaning “very” in French, with Ind, symbolising Indian identity is a philosophy reflected in the restaurant’s pursuit of depth, technique and culinary storytelling.

Through imaginative compositions, refined execution and a deep respect for India’s diverse culinary heritage, Trèsind continues to redefine contemporary Indian dining on a global stage.

We’re excited to work with the team as they bring their celebrated culinary vision to London for the first time.

After fourteen years of continuous ownership, @10greekstreet will close its doors for the final time on Saturday 8th August.

Founded in 2012 by Cameron Emirali and Luke Wilson, the Soho restaurant arrived alongside a small wave of similarly minded openings - Polpo, Ducksoup, Koya, Palomar among them - that quietly reset expectations for what a neighbourhood restaurant in the area could be: daily blackboard menus, wine priced without pretension, and a kitchen built on provenance rather than performance. Both were, at the time, unusual for Soho. Both have since been widely imitated.

Fay Maschler and Jay Rayner were early admirers. Fourteen years on, the restaurant is as well known for the people who passed through its kitchen and floor - many now running notable rooms of their own - as for the food and wine that first drew attention to it.

Cameron and Luke will be at the restaurant throughout its final weeks of trading, working through cult dishes from over a decade of service and what remains of The Little Black Book, their cellar of rarer bottles, before last orders on the 8th.

Fogo de Chão (@fogo.uk) is an internationally renowned Brazilian steakhouse founded in southern Brazil in 1979, built on the culinary art of churrasco - the roasting of high-quality cuts of meat over an open flame - elevated into a full cultural dining experience.

This month, the restaurants introduce several new dishes: Lobster Mac & Cheese, a seafood tower featuring lobster tail, king prawns, scallops and caviar, and a seafood platter designed for sharing - further broadening an offering already built for celebration and discovery.
