Team matcha ou team café? 👀

Perso j’ai toujours été plus team café, mais je ne voulais plus du drop d’énergie et du mauvais sommeil qui suivaient les 2-3 cafés par jour!

J’ai donc changé mon café d’après-midi par cette recette et mon énergie m’en remercie. C’est un gros game changer🙏

Pour l’effet cute du vidéo, j’ai séparé les 2 mélanges, mais si tu veux ça vraiment simple:

1 c. à thé de matcha Akas’cha
1 c. à soupe de protéines à la vanille
1 à 1 1/2 tasse de lait au goût
🧊 beaucoup de glaçons

En plus le matcha @akaschacafe est boosté de super aliments, voilà pourquoi je l’aime autant, entre autre:

La recette parfaite de smoothie protéiné pour bien démarrer la journée 💪🏻

- 1/2 banane
- 1 cuillère à table de sirop d'érable (édulcorant de votre choix)
- 1 cuillère à thé de mélange de café aux champignons Akascha
- 1 cuillère à table de graines de chia
- 1 mesure de votre poudre protéinée préférée

Où sont les moms qui ont besoin de concentration ici🤭

J’ai toujours préféré le matcha pour son énergie plus douce et longue. Savoir que j’en bois un, mais qu’il y a en plus plein de bienfaits à cause des champignons fonctionnels c’est encore mieux 🍄‍🟫
