‼️🚨 vulnerable post ahead 🚨‼️

In 2022, I weighed 255 pounds. I lost myself, my energy, my happiness- all of the above.

In 2026, I am officially down 🔥106🔥 pounds!

I feel healthy. I look healthy. I can do everything I’ve ever wanted to do and more. My kids love I’m active with them.

This is the life I needed for myself and my family. ❤️

The road hasn’t always been easy. Stress and anxiety makes weight loss difficult sometimes (or all the time), but it’s worth it. Every. Single. Day. by @akbaum11
