I am tired of being trapped by my fears. I am tired of feeling like I am not good enough. I am tired of thinking that people will think I am not good enough. I am tired of being unhappy with my body, my skill level, and imperfections. I am tired of overthinking the mistakes of my past.

I deserve to be free of my fears. I deserve to be free despite limitations. I deserve to be free of my own limitations. I deserve to live beyond the mistakes I’ve made in the past. I deserve to love myself.

Today I choose to look past the imperfections, the self-hate, to look towards the effort, Today I choose to love myself.

Today I choose to share this video. A piece that I was not proud of because of all the things I judge myself for, things that I think that hold me back from greatness, and things that I think others will judge me for or cause others to ridicule. Today I choose to not care about those things. Today I choose to love myself, my work, and my process.

Today is the start. Today is self-love. Today will hopefully carry on until tomorrow.

All the things the hold you back are the same things that move you forward.

An old Text i found in my Notebook and a Photo from 2 years ago in Friesack :)

She sat on a park bench, watching an oil slick sparkle in a fresh puddle after the rain, as the sun shone—like a rainbow. But it swirled and congealed, the colors forming an amorphous universe. It was beautiful and hideous all on its own.

She thought, isn’t that like the world—to make something beautiful out of human pollution? Out of the pollution of greed still comes sparkle and love.

Oops—it’s 4:45.

A splash—her foot went into the puddle, breaking the incandescent rainbow universe into multiple swirling splashes of color, each making their own new universes from the human condition.

And the wonder was no longer there for her, but for someone else to find. by @akbhat2

Liebe Yogafreunde,

wir laden euch herzlich zu unserem vorweihnachtlichen Workshop ein.

In den kalten Wintermonaten neigen wir dazu, uns mehr nach vorne zu beugen und die Schultern hochzuziehen. Diese eher geduckte Haltung kann zu Schmerzen im oberen Rücken führen und blockiert damit unser Herzchakra.

In diesem Workshop erlernen wir Techniken, um diesen Druck zu lindern und unsere Herzen für den Winter leicht und offen zu halten.

Wir starten mit ein wenig Bewegung und Theorie, machen eine kurze Snack-Pause und tauchen dann tiefer in Techniken ein, die ihr ebenfalls zu Hause nutzen könnt, um das Herz und die Schultern zu öffnen. Schließlich packen wir alles Erlernte in einen fließenden Yoga-Ablauf.

Zum Abschluss gibt es ein gemeinsames Essen.

Bitte bringe eine Matte, eine Decke und falls vorhanden Yoga-Blöcke mit.
