MEMBER HIGHLIGHT!:
I’ve been working personally with @linzymarieee for 6 months now, and she has made some amazing life changes over this period! From starting with blueprint sessions over a year ago to help ease the stress of gym anxiety to now being someone people look up to as “muscles” haha! She even won our raffle for being amongst our top attending members! I think it’s safe to say the gym is her happy place now!

POST-WORTHY MILESTONE FOR ME!

Never thought I would be able to do a race again these last couple years, but I put in the long, boring, & grueling work to get my knees better. I even ran faster than the last time! 🤩🥲

If you’ve never done a race before @wharftowharf has got to be one of the best, if you’re not big on LONG distance. The support & energy is incredible!
